Cutting boards made of pure titanium, manufactured in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, offer exceptional quality and functionality.
Thanks to the unique properties of titanium, they are lightweight yet more than twice as strong as iron or aluminium, and highly resistant to corrosion.
Titanium also prevents food odours from transferring and is resistant to both acids and alkalis.
Because it is softer than the stainless steel used for kitchen knives, it helps protect the knife’s edge.
The integrated, handle-equipped design improves usability and makes it easy to carry.
With different logos on each side, you can conveniently separate uses—for example, raw meat on one side and vegetables on the other.
When exposed to air, titanium naturally forms an oxide film on its surface, reducing the risk of metal allergies and allowing safe, worry-free use.

◎ Stainless Steel Knives
The best all-round combination. Less likely to chip the blade and ideal for both outdoor and home use.
○ Carbon Steel Knives
A combination with excellent sharpness, but the blade edge can wear more easily. Frequent sharpening is recommended—best suited for experienced users.
× Ceramic Knives
Avoid using ceramic knives on a titanium board. Due to their hardness and brittleness, they may chip or break.
