TSBBQ collaborated with Tojiro, a leading kitchen knife manufacturer in Tsubame-Sanjo and a favorite of professional chefs, to create three types of knives (utility, small deba knife, and bread knife) in pursuit of the best use and size materials for outdoor use.
The handle is inspired by hammered copperware, a traditional craft of Tsubame-Sanjo. The random unevenness of the handle is designed to fit comfortably in the hand and prevent slipping. It comes with a strap hole.
Four parts are seamlessly welded into a single piece for ease of cleaning. The handle has a hollow monaka structure, making it light and easy to handle.
Made of all stainless steel, rust-resistant and easy to clean. Recommended for outdoor use as well as for everyday use in the kitchen at home.

■Small deba knife (TSBBQ-017 for right-handed / TSBBQ-022 for left-handed)
The small deba knife is of a good size for small turnings.
It is useful for cutting small fish such as horse mackerels and sardines.
You can cut freshly caught fish into three pieces on the spot.
