TSBBQ, which proposes a stylish barbecue style, has released a renewed product based on the concept of “enjoying wild round roasting with ease!
The new product is designed to be used not only outdoors but also at home, and has been made in pursuit of user-friendliness.

While the previous version used two separate legs as a stand for the saber, the new version has evolved to a more stable design with two stands rising from a hexagonal base. To make it easy to enjoy the appeal of round roasting anywhere, we have developed a design that is easy to assemble and easy to handle, even for children.

The saber is not in the shape of a round stick skewer, but more like a sword with a pointed tip. The saber is shaped like a sword with a pointed tip, so it can be moved in the desired direction for grilling without spinning. In addition, the wooden handle is designed with a hexagonal shaft that rotates 60 degrees. The rotation allows for fine control of the heat, leading to even and delicious grilling.

Roast stands are not only used for main dishes such as meat and fish. It also works well with fruits such as pineapples and apples.

The three Tsubame-Sanjo manufacturers collaborated on this project. For the much-improved stand, we decided to collaborate with Tokuni Industries, which makes products using metal plate processing technology.
We shared our image based on meetings, and from there, we shared our wisdom and trial and error in cutting and bending the product to the optimum shape.

The saber blade was fine-tuned many times with craftsmen from “Hoshisan Seisakusho,” which specializes in tip processing and cutting, and the wooden handle was fine-tuned many times with craftsmen from “Masako Yamaguchi Woodworking,” who were also involved in the production of the TSBBQ’s dripper stand.
