To make 1/2 cup of rice
Ingredients
| - 75 g (1/2 gou cup) of uncooked rice | |
| - 100 cc of water(* Water amount should be adjusted according to rice condition.) | |
| - 350 cc of water for cooker |
Directions
| 1. | Wash rice with cold water gently. |
| 2. | Put rinsed rice and 100 cc of water in a Sierra cup. Fill the cooker with 350 cc of water and place the cup on top. Cover the cup with a lid. |
| 3. | Cook for approximately 30 minutes. |
| 4. | Open the lid and check if there is any excess water. (If there is water, keep the heat on low and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.) |
| 5. | If there is no excess water, put the lid back on and heat for 15 seconds. |
| 6. | Remove from heat and steam the rice for approximately 10 minutes. |
Notes:
- Ensure there is enough water in cooker for the entire process.
- Cooking time may vary depending on heat power level.
