Baumkuchen
Ingredients
- Mixed Pancake Flour | 200g |
- Milk | 150ml |
- Eggs | 2 |
- Sugar | 2Tablespoon |
- Honey | 1Tablespoon |
- Melted butter | 50g |
Directions
1. | Separate out the yolk from the white. Whisk the white with sugar to make meringue. |
2. | Mix milk, yolk and honey well and then add mixed pancake flour. |
3. | Add meringue, then pour the melted butter. |
4. | Wrap a wooden stick with aluminum foil and bake the dough one layer at a time. The closer it gets to the charcoal, the faster the baking time will be. If the Baumkuchen and charcoal get too close together, stick the stand in the inside hole of stand connection and adjust the height. |
