Notes:
- Warning! Hot! Please be careful not to burn yourself.
- Cooking time may vary depending on heat power level.

The holes at the bottom of the strainer
make it easy to let in smoke or steam.
It can also be used for draining water
and measuring ingredients.

Use it in combination with the Sierra
Cups and Sierra Strainer to transform
it into a rice cooker, steamer, or smoker.

The Sierra Lid can be stacked with the three other TSBBQ Sierra items and used as a lid as well as a shallow pan.
